01 Acceptance of Terms

4.3 — Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 — Source of Funds

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 — General Bonus Terms

12 Termination

12.1 — Termination by pub7772

pub7772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, abusive conduct toward staff, account inactivity exceeding 12 months, or regulatory requirement.

12.2 — Termination by the Player

You may close your pub7772 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed in accordance with the applicable bonus terms. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method after all compliance checks are satisfied.

12.3 — Effect of Termination
